AU: All That Jazz
It’s the 1920s and both prohibition and jazz are swinging in full force. With speakeasies opening left and right, bootleggers Carter Roche and AJ Golden become two of the most successful men in New York City. Comfortable and at the top of their game they are in no way prepared for Mara Witter and Piper Kane: a pair of scheming femme fatales far more than a pair of pretty faces. When Mara and Piper find themselves in AJ and Carter’s arms it’s unclear which they have more control of - the men’s hearts or their illegal operation.
VII - The Chariot Card : Conquest, Honor, Victory, Energy, Egocentrism, Self-confidence, Conviction, Anxiety, Willpower, Self-assertion, Hard control, Inflexibility, Success, Recognition, Impulsivity, Command, Bravery, Pride
Granted with speed and maneuverability, the Chariot symbolizes the swiftness of thought that characterizes human action when we take control of our lives, and are driven by our own inner desire to grow and move forward in time to where we need to be. The Chariot is also a sign of power and prestige, confidence and bravery, accomplishment and conviction, for it is only when we are in a position of such strength that we can properly guide the reigns of our destiny without veering off course, or worse yet, crashing or colliding into any possible obstructions we may encounter on the way; anyone can be in possession of a vehicle, but it is essential that we understand how to operate it before we undergo even the shortest of journeys.
